Hi bloggers...harini terlebih excited pulak nk blogging. Guess what? ni entry ke-3 dalam tempoh 24jam. So kalini nk cerita pasal LOWERED. Pernah dgr? Well lowered ni refer kepada kereta-kereta yang telah dimodifikasi suspensi asal kepada lebih rendah sedikit. Senang cerita kereta yg rendah daripada stok asal yang dikeluarkan lah. Apa kelebihan lowered-lowered ni? tak merosakkan kereta ke? Comfort ke? Ini contoh kereta yg telah dimodifikasi. Sumber : google image

p/s : selalunya kereta lowered ni gab antara tayar dan fender depan 1 jari. Belakang 2 jari. Kalau jenis lowered melampau yang sampai kepakkan tayar
belakang tu kita panggil "Hellaflush"

Well this is my own review sbb aku pun meloweredkan kereta. Beberapa cara boleh dilakukan utk meloweredkan kereta, antaranya :

1. Tukar kepada SPORT SPRING. Selalunya sport spring ni warna merah. Spring agak keras sedikit.

2. Tukar kepada SPORT ABSOBER. Absober lebih keras dan short stroke

3. Tukar kepada ADJUSTABLE. Dua jenis adjustable, high-low dan high-low-soft-hard.

Antara brand yang famous menjual sport spring, sport absorber dan adjustable ni antaranya : Tein, GAB, ProRide, Mines dan bnyk lagi lah. 

Kelebihan :
1. Lebih perormance dan handling
2. Kereta lebih stabil bila ambil selekoh
3. Low air friction and resistance, so senang sikit nak accelerate.
4. Ada bnyk lagi la...

Kekurangan :
1. Kurang comfort sedikit pada jalan tak rata berbanding spring stock 
2. Kurang bumping

So maybe yang dah berkeluarga tak sesuai sangat lah kot sbb selalunya kereta keluarga ni lebih mengutamakan comfort dan tak sesuai lah nak merempit racing2 ni kan. 

Well lowered itu sexy, beauty is pain. And lupa pulak, kalau lowered ni kat bumper ni kena slow2 sikit, kalau laju2 nnti tak pasal2 bumper pecah, lagi2 yang modified pakai bumper/lips/skirting/bodykit yang material fibre tu. 

Well terpulang lah kpd cita rasa masing-masing. Peace =)

Moist Chocolate Cake

Hi Bloggers...cuba tgk tajuk entry ni? chocolate cake? Oh yeahh mari kita jadi cheff yer untuk harini. Actually IMMA BIG BIGG FANS OF CAKE. So sementara ada gap seminggu before masuk sem baru ni masa banyak dihabiskan untuk jadi driver kepada adik-adik...hentar pergi sekolah, ambil dari sekolah, dll. So tak lupa juga gunakan kesempatan yang ada utk belajar baking. Kalau nak suruh masak mmg haram taktaw. Ok bnyk pulak membebel. So harini nak share dgn semua recipe moist chocolate kek ni.


Tadaaaa....ini lah hasilnya XD

Bahan-bahan :
2 cawan tepung gandum
1 cawan serbuk koko
1 cawan milo
2 cawan gula pasir
1 sudu teh soda bikarbonat
1 cawan susu cair
1 cawan air panas
3 biji telur (dipukul)
1 cawan minyak masak

Chocolate topping :
200gram chocolate masakan
100mL whipping cream

Cara-cara :
1. Panaskan kukusan
2. Tapis tepung gandum, serbuk koko, soda bikarbonate dan campurkan didalam satu balang
3. Campurkan gula, telur yg telah dipukul
4. Masukkan air panas, susu cair dan minyak masak
5. Gunakan mixer dan tambah sedkit esen vanila (optional)

p/s : aku masukkan sekali gus semua bahan2 tu. haha. Mix sehingga sebati. Letak dalam tray dan kukus selama 1 jam mcm tu sehingga masak.

Untuk topping pula, gunakan teknik double boiler (mcm cairkan chocolate masakan tu) dan campur dgn whipping cream. Oh ya saya guna whipping cream bawah ni.


Lepas kukus, sejukkan sebentar dan letakkan topping ni. Utk hiasan terpulang kepada anda, saya letak chocolate rice dan strawberry sikit.

It's September

Hi bloggers...Guess What?? Guess what?? It's monday. Monday blues maybe? Well its already September. sekejap je rasa dah september ni kan? Time flies faster, masa itu emas. Well TWO big things happens in this september, guess what? (haha xhabis2 guess what). 

First thing is DAH HABIS PRAKTICAL. Well it's really really and super duper awesome sbb masa praktical mesti xsabar sangat nak habis. Bosan katanya kerja tak mencabar. Whatever it is memories created cannot dijual beli (pehhh ayat).

Second thing is NEW SEMESTER BEGINS. Minggu ni adalah minggu pertama so nothing much perkara menarik kecuali ramai yang tak datang dan skip kelas. Well perkara biasa lah kan sbb 1st week memang masa utk relax-relax dan belum start belajar lagi.

Ok sebenarnya nk buat entry pasal benda lain...tiba2 mood utk berblogging hilang. Ehhhh. Oklah bye

Tips turunkan berat badan?

Assalamualaikum....tak jawab dosa kalau jawab sayang (ala2 maria elena pulak) haha

Ok harini tengah blogwalking ni terjumpa satu article pasal tips untuk menurunkan berat badan. Well siapa tak nak kurus kan? apa2 pun kurus atau tak kurus atau kurang kurus itu semua tak penting, yg penting kita sihat dan mempunyai berat badan yang ideal (ayat skema giler).


Huhhh...ermm actually entry ni milik blogger terkenal Fatin Liyana (gua terhasut dari Syaga lahni). Enough enoughhh... kembali kepada topic. So here's the tips :


1. JANGAN CRASH DIET
crash diet tu ialah diet secara mengejut. ramai ja awek2 yang buat lagu ni. aku cukup marah aih. sebabnya bila ang crash diet, memangla berat ang turun secara mendadak. yelah ang tak makan 2 hari pastu turun 3kg, ang gembira bukan main kepalang. Padahal berat ang turun sebab water volume dalam badan ang yang reduce bukan fat. Pastu kalau ang crash diet, metabolism badan akan rendah sebabnya badan ang pikiaq ang tgh starvation. Pastu satgi bila ang dah tak pat tahan nafsu, ang makan macam biasa balik, badan ang akan store as much fat as possible. maka berat ang yang bertambah akan lebih dari yang ang ilang. rugi tak?


2. JANGAN SKIP MEAL. JUST REDUCE PORTION
'I don't take lunch & dinner, i'm on diet'. Podah. Ni sorang lagi nak kena sekeh ngan aku ni. Sapa ngaja ang skip-skip meals ni. Kalau ang skip meals, ang mula la lapa nak mampos meroyan tak tentu pasal. Skali bila rasa macam dah nazak, sikit lagi nak mati, ang melantak makan megi/biskut tengah-tengah malam. Pastu mengantuk sebab perut kenyang. Apa lagi, suma yang ang makan tu badan ang store jadi fat lah. Bila badan ang perlukan energy pada siang hari, ang tak makan. Bila badan ang tak perlukan energy ang makan pulak. The key is, moderate je. Makan setiap waktu makan tapi kurangkan portion.


3. HAPUSKAN MAKANAN RINGAN DI DUNIA INI
'I tak makan nasi, I take biscuit only'. Gila. Calories dalam biskut lagi tinggi dari nasi ang tau dak? Dah la tak kenyang pastu kasi tambah gemok lagi. Awek la ni suka salah anggap, depa rasa makan nasi tu menggemokkan, makan twisties, biskut & air coke suma takpa. Sebab tu depa tak makan nasi tapi makan makanan ringan. Tipah tertipu la bro. Nama ja makanan ringan tapi sebenarnya kalori tinggi.



4. GET ACTIVE
satu-satunya benda kat dalam dunia ini yang boleh menyembuhkan apa-apa penyakit ialah exercise ataupon orang melayu kata bersenam. Kalau angpa bz mengalahkan menteri, ang tak pat jogging tiap-tiap petang takpa. Cari jalan untuk something yang practical. Contohnya park keta jauh-jauh dan jalan laju2. Pilih tangga daripada berebut-rebut nak naik escalator macam kat KL sentral tu. Kalau asyik main DOTA ajer bila masa nak kurusnyer ?? baik pergi Kacau anjing yang tengah tidur.



5. JANGAN BUAT STRENUOUS EXERCISE KALAU TAK MAMPU, JUST SLOW-JOG/WALK.
kadang-kadang tu aku tengok kan, ada brader2 ni jogging bagai nak gila. berpeluh sakan toksah nak cita. hari-hari dia jogging secara melampau sampai nak semput-semput dah. tuptup seminggu ja tahan. pastu balik jogging, sebab rasa macam dah kuruih sikit, depa dok melantak nasi goreng ayam, sate kambing, milo ais, puding caramel, lepat pisang, zombie kampung pisang suma lah yang ada depan mata. Mana tak nya kan. aku ada satu interesting fact, kalau ang exercise secara strenous, nanti yang banyak terbakar adelah glucose. Glucose metabolism ni perlukan oxygen, bila ang exercise melampau, oxygen kan kurang, jadi dia convert metabolism tu jadi anaerobic (tak pakai oxygen). Bila anerobic metabolism berlaku makanya, acid lactic akan terkumpul. Lepas tu merana la badan ang sakit sakit. Lagi satu bila glucose yang terbakar, dia akan stimulate otak ang supaya rasa lapar lapar lapar lapar. Pastu konfem ang akan makan dengan banyak sebabnya glucose metabolism ni boleh buat ang lapaq nak mampos.

Baru-baru ni, professor ada habaq. The latest research cakap, kalau nak kuruihkan badan secara consistant & tanpa rasa letih, ang just jalan ja. tapi syarat dia mesti kena lebih dari 1 jam. Sebab pa meh aku habaq mai kat angpa suma, kalau angpa jalan lebih dari 1 jam, yang terbakar adelah fat, kiranya metabolism yang berlaku adelah fat metabolism. Kenapa kena lebih dari 1 jam? sebabnya hormon adrenaline tengah peak masa ni. hormon adrenaline ni akan stimulate enzyme lipase dalam badan ang untuk memecahkan segala lemak-lemak yang ada. Professor aku ni dia buat kajian kat adik laki dia, memang berkesan. Adik dia hari-hari jalan 4jam tanpa henti dalam masa sebulan, pastu berat dia dah kurang 15kg. Hebatkan? Pasni aku nasihatkan, petang2 tu ajak la roomate pegi jalan-jalan keliling kolej usha aweks2 cun. Badan pon kurus, hati pon girang. Tapi janganlah jalan lenggang kangkung. Takdo makno eh jang.

1. to blame others,than blaming yourself.


2. to hide and pretend,than telling the truth.


3. to give,than take.


4. to ignore,than trying or explaining.

Wet Wednesday

Assalamualaikum & Good Morning


Lemme guess...mesti ramai yang tengah busy buat last preparation untuk hari raya kan? Yang baru dapat cuti harini mesti sibuk nak servis kereta? last minutes shopping? cuci rumah? (pelik je bunyik) dan yang paling penting Balik Kampung...Ohh oHooo balik kampung. Itu untuk yang cuti harini. Kalau yang tak dapat cuti harini? mcm mana pulak? menapak kat office lah. What? u xdpt cuti? dont worry, we're on the same boat. Sobsobs. But nvm. Chill okay :)

Oh ya since today is the last day of puasa, marilah sama2 kita tambahkan amalan untuk hari terakhir ni, pahala ibadah wajib dikurniakan pahala berlipat kali ganda, while pahala ibadah sunat sama seperti melakukan ibadah wajib. Subhanalllah... Yang paling penting semoga kita dipertemukan dengan bulan ramadhan tahun hadapan dan moga dipermudahkan segala urusan. 

GUESSSS WHAAAT?! GUESS WHAAAT?!! Harini office kosong...sunyi sepi ja. Wordless wednesday. dear time please fly faster, i wanna go home.

A Month

Its been a month and Im glad. A month for what? guess what? tik tok tik tok...tettttt. Its been a month for my industrial training a.k.a practical. Happy Annimonthsary (pon boleh)!!! Haha saja buat gempak poyo sikit. Yeah dh sebulan kat sini and guess what? tinggal sebulan je lagi nak habis. Oh damnn seriously cant wait for another month. Oh my dear time please fly faster. Lolzz

Hello Im Mr.Nerdy Birdy



Frankly speaking mmg best and fun bila involve dlm real industry and become part of industry people. But im in R&D department, so its kinda bored sometime since u kena rajin baca journal, patent and bored experment that requires u to wait for couples of hours. Tapi bila masuk plant, im the happiest and the most energatic one **energeticlah sangat**. haha

Oh ya...almost forget. Semalam tengah rest pon boleh terfikir nk buat apa dan souvenier apa nak bagi kat supervisor dan engineers kat department ni. See? nampak sangat tak sabar nak habis praktical kans?

Indeed. As Muslim, where ever you are, where ever you may go and whoever you are, only Iman, amal dan Ibadah yg akan membezakan kita pada hari akhirat kelak. Harta, kesihatan dan segala-gala yang ada didunia hanyalah pinjaman semata-mata. So in this bulan ramadhan, marilah kita sama2 tambahkan ibadah dengan berselawat kepada Nabi SAW sebanyak mungkin, on top of all other ibadah we have been doing!  in sha Allah with all of our efforts, kita dapat keredhaan-Nya, 

Dalam satu ceramah, ustaz tu pernah cakap "...Kita tidak perlu buat ibadah siang dan malam, tak perlu berbuat baik sesama manusia dan semua kebaikan utk masuk ke Syurga. Sekali perbuatan kita itu walaupun kecil mendapat Redha Allah, Insyaallah kita akan menjadi ahli Syurga..."  Subhanallah.

first of all nk wish HAPPY FASTING, Salam Ramadhan Al-Mubarak. Puasa tak harini? Harini dah masuk hari yang ke-21 kita berpuasa, dah masuk fasa yang ketiga utk bulan penuh keberkatan ni. Lemme guess, mesti ramai yang dh start shooping utk raya kan? apa? baju melayu 3 pasang? baju kurung 5 pasang? Amboiii over taw. Melalut dah intro ni. Maaflah yer ~_~

Hey all, Assalamualaikum. Tengah buat apa tu? Ada benda nk story-mory sikit ni, I've just come back from Tesko Semenyih, buying some groceries and toiletries  . Ada satu benda yg saya suka dan excited sangat nak pergi Tesko ni, guess what? 


Tadaaaa....It's COOL BLOG baby. I truly, Madly in Love with this. Flavor? Chocolate & Blue Coral forever and ever. It a big big big no ! No ! No , no way! Yup, its a big and very huge NO! to Vanilla Flavor. Yukssss. Back to main point, oh panjangnya introduction LOL. 

Want to ask something, did you ever meet this guy? or accidently bump into him? If you say YES, you might be one of the luckiest person, i might say


What? Xkenal? Ok nvm. His name is Birdy, I myself donno what is his real name but nvm since he call himself "BIRDY" 

Who was him? He is one of the famous Youtube Most Talented Person, I might say. For me, he was so special and vary talented person in hair styling. He can do a lot of style and most of them are 'anime' style. To be frank, I do admire him and downloaded many of his video's. I keep trying to follow his steps-by-steps hair tutorial and believe it or not? I have my own hair dryer and hair straightener. OMG semangat gila kan?

Jeng-Jeng-Jeng. Secret Admirer?? No. Yeah I mean no no no. Eh wait a second, I think yes, but in other way, I do admirer him for his talent. Who was him? Kenal HAFIZ ZAINAL? ok kalau tak kenal boleh search kat youtube (Famous Amos Kotttt). Ok maaf over pulak. haha



Actually to be frank, saya lebih suka dengar dan tengok persembahan secara live atau cover. You know why? because from that saya akan dapat dengar nyanyian secara jujur and that's called "ORIGINAL" version. Sesetengah artis mungkin bila kita dengar nyanyian dia dalam radio macm "best giler" tapi bila dia nyanyi secara live, suara macam semacammmm je "no words can describe it".

Ohh alamak, lupa pulak nk cerita pasal Hafiz Zainal ni, ermmm actually xkenal pun, and to be frank saya baru ja tahu dia ni student pasum UM during my first year. Tahu pun sebab kawan yg bagi tahu. Okay nothing else to say, but now for serious I really don't know what had happen to me and his covers have become like "drug" to me that I'm addicted to. Setiap hari mesti maw dengar weh, tak tipu.

It's Semester Break



Hye Assalamualaikum, wah lama betul rasanya dah tinggalkan blog ni. Anda semua apa khabar? Moga sihat-sihat lah hendaknya. Ni nak cerita sikit ni, now im home? Seriously? Yess!! It's semester break buddy. So apa nak buat ye utk semester break yg ada lebih kurang 1 bulan ni? Any idea? Part time work? Emmm...better not.
